I also joined this program because I myself would like to know more about smoking and explain to some youths what smoking causes and can do to you. This is why I joined this program. I also like going to places with the NADACA boys and girls club with Inkin Young. That too is a drug free and smoke free program! |

was born on January 11, 1988. She is 16 years old and is attending
the Eskasoni High school. She is a very good athlete who takes part
in many sports. Her parents are Sheilia and Norman Morris. She has
two sisters and one brother. She won the MVP Award at the 2004's Nolan
Googoo Memorial Tournament. She is also alcohol and drug free.

name is Tyler Gould, I'm from Eskasoni. I am 18 years old and i have
graduated from High School this year. My plans for the further are
to continue on with school and some day hopefully becomes a doctor.
My hobbies include hockey, football, basically any sport. I think
tobacco is a wrong thing to do. Most people think its cool cause everyone
is doing it, but to me its nothing but a waste of money and waste
of life. |

My
name is Chad Rylan Denny. I was born on March 27, 1987. My parents
are Karen Denny and Junior Dennis. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
I am from the Reservation of Eskasoni First Nation. I am a 17 year
old grade 11 student. I enjoy doing many things and I am an excellent
athlete. Last hockey season I played in the QMJHL (Quebec Major
Junior Hockey League) for the Lewiston MAINEiacs. I have accomplished
a lot in my hockey career and I hope to continue. I will be returning
to Lewiston for another hockey season on August 11/2004. Now back
home for the summer and I am currently working at the Eskasoni Health
Center. I like to participate in many different activities that
occur during the summer.

my name is Daniel Dennis. I was born on April 18, 1986, to Debbie
and James Dennis. I am an 18 year old student at Eskasoni High School
and in grade 12. I am from Eskasoni First Nation. I enjoy going
to places with friends and traveling. I enjoy going to the movies,
bowling, playing pool, swimming, biking, and gambling. I have one
brother and sister and there names are Mary Catherine Dennis and
Jim Dennis. My sister is the oldest and she is 19 years old. My
brother Jim is 17 years old. I have one niece and her name is Jady
Ashlyn Maren Elizabeth Skye Dennis, she is also my godchild. I joined
this "Help Stop Youth from Smoking Program" because I
would like to help reduce the number of youth that smoke and encourage
them to go on fun activities that they have offered in Eskasoni.
Jeannine
Paul is a 16 year old student in grade 11 at the Eskasoni High School.
She loves playing basketball and loves to do things outdoors. She
was born on May 19, 1988. She has two brothers, John and Jeffrey.
She is the 2004 Winter Carnival Queen. She thinks that using alcohol,
drugs and smoking is a dumb decision for people to make. She also
thinks that smoking is a waste of time and is certainly a waste
of money.
